About BOSS 2014
Successful senior executives, entrepreneurs, student entrepreneurs, academic and business professionals came together again to share key business insights in concise, but information-packed, heart-felt, 5-minute presentations about what it takes to transform a concept into a thriving business.
BOSS 2014 attendees heard 63 five-minute presentations (and one slightly longer Special Presentation!) from successful CEO’s entrepreneurs, business and academic leaders who each share insights from their experiences, and how they overcame difficulties, captured opportunities, surmounted setbacks, challenged assumptions, discovered their passions, and more.
BOSS 2014 succeeded the highly lauded inaugural BOSS 2013 and was hosted by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in partnership with the Center for Economic Growth (CEG).
BOSS 2014 covered the whole spectrum of innovation and entrepreneurship and was designed to touch all aspects of ones journey as an entrepreneur. Students, inventors, new entrepreneurs, veteran entrepreneurs, academic leaders, C-level executives, business professionals, non-profit organization leaders – there was something valuable at BOSS 2014 for anyone interested in changing the world, improving their own lives and the lives of others as entrepreneurs.
