I am responsible for organizing and coordinating Project Activities at the Tech Park. “Project Activities” are defined as any planned changes to Tech Park buildings, grounds, easements or utilities within the park. This includes fit-ups to Rensselaer owned and managed structures needed to support the move-in requirements of new tenants and to support existing tenant upgrades or other planned changes in the internal or external environments of Rensselaer owned buildings. These duties include updating, managing and maintaining the records, documentation and drawings associated with projects and any resulting changes to the physical infrastructure and facilities of the Tech Park.
My responsibilities also include the supervision and coordination of vendors and contractors, however, routine maintenance and repair of facilities or structures within the park is handled by our Sr. Maintenance and Repair Technician, Jim Yetto. Jim is also responsible for scheduling and coordinating vendors and contractors who may be performing routine maintenance and repair of park structures or grounds.
