Finding Student Interns
There are two ways to find student interns at Rensselaer. The first, and perhaps most efficient way is to setup an “employer account” with Rensselaer’s JobLink at the Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD).
JobLink is the CCPD’s online recruiting and job posting system providing approved employers with a streamlined process to post open job opportunities year round for summer interns, co-op’s, graduating students and alumni.

JobLink may be the most efficient way to find students for internships or post-graduation full-time employment, but not always the most effective. The system is very good, but it is limited to the students who have registered with the system. To find students not registered with JobLink, you will have to go directly to the departments where these candidates “live,” and this is best done by direct contact by people who know who to talk to in those departments. If you cannot find your target candidate on the JobLink, click on the button below and fill out and submit the support request form. Once we know what you are looking for, we can route your request to the proper department and may even know of possible candidates we can refer to you for consideration.
