Robert Hayes is a Banker and Entrepreneur. He is the founder of Provantage, a NYS Licensed Mortgage Bank that was acquired by Wilber National Bank. Robert accepted a position within the bank as Regional President where he oversaw lending, retail branches and directed their activities in the Albany Capital District Region.
He has also served as Regional President to Community Bank N.A. and Chief Banking Officer and Executive Vice President for The National Bank of Kinderhook. Robert was also the founder of Saratoga Closing Services, a prominent Title Insurance Agency and Closing Firm that was sold and continues to operate today.
Robert is an accomplished Real Estate Developer who founded and manages Hayes Industries and Hayes Development Company. Collectively these companies have developed more than 100,000 square feet of commercial real estate in Saratoga County, NY. The most recent projects have been constructed in close proximity to GLOBALFOUNDRIES and include a professional office building and a flex warehouse space.
Robert is the Chief Business Officer at Summit Accounting, CPA where he has developed a new accounting experience for clients by leveraging cloud technologies to create a collaborative platform.
Robert is a graduate of the University of Rochester and holds degrees in both Economics and Management. He continued his higher education and is a graduate of the MIT, Entrepreneurial Masters Program.
